Education Awards night 7 July in partnership with Working Options in Education

Working Options in Education logoThe Education Awards are proud to be working with the UK-wide careers programme, Working Options, a programme developed for 16-19 year olds by the charity Monkey Business Foundation during the awards night on the 7 July 2017.

As Monkey Business Foundation say; “Our aim is to engage, inspire and motivate sixth form students to realise their full potential and consider employment opportunities in the food, drink and retail industry. We do this by running free motivation and Monkey Business logoinformation sessions at state sixth form colleges led by volunteer speakers from industry, an online careers information hub and an apprenticeship and job search section. Our services are totally free for colleges to use and we are currently working with over 70 colleges. Working Options was started by Paul Monk and his niece Lauren Monk in April 2012 in in their hometown, Luton with the aim of helping the young people of Luton to understand they can achieve whatever it is they want to, regardless of background, circumstances or any other factor. “
